The most effective way for you to reach the greatest number of potential buyers is by using the MLS® system databases service available on Realtor.CA ®. This is the same service used by real estate agents to list properties across the country.
Through an agreement with Homelife Unlimited Connections Realty Ltd. Brokerage, we are able to list your home with up to 10 photos on the MLS® system databases network for the just $195. MLS® system databases increases the visibility of your home to Internet browsers but does not replace your listing on Propertyshop.CA which is typically more detailed and includes additional photos and open house information.
If you choose to use MLS® system databases, your Propertyshop lawyer will provide you with the additional paperwork to complete. We will handle all aspects of submitting the listing which usually requires 72- hours from the time that we receive completed paperwork.
