Bob carries on business as a solo lawyer in Timmins, Ontario. He received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996. He provides advice in the areas of real estate law, business/corporate law, wills and estates law, mining law and aboriginal law. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer where he has identified, confronted and resolved the complications that can arise in the negotiation, completion and post-completion phases of a real estate contract. This experience is invaluable when it comes to protecting his clients from the pitfalls and traps, which may develop when making and implementing a deal.
